1. Introduction to Continuous Improvement
In our first session, we’ll go into some of the basics where you get a solid understanding of why.
2. How to get started with retrospectives
You will get the basics on how to run a Retrospective effectively. Along with it you are actually going to run Retros.
In the end, you will have hands-on experience with something that will improve your work and have fun with practical activities.
