Faye is an MSc BackEnd Engineer, whose heart was stolen by Agile. Have experienced herself how toxic environments and meaningless work can ruin talent, she decided to challenge the “This is how it works here” mindset and be a Scrum Master.So the journey began and soon moved to the role of the Agile Coach. Since then you can find Faye working with teams and companies as they continue to evolve toward sustainable agility.Faye works very closely with executive teams on strategy and leadership and with individuals and teams towards pursuing business agility.She is passionate about making workplaces joyful, assist people to develop meaningful working relationships and all these by coaching teams and executives on agile principles, practices, and values.

Effie is enthusiastic and passionate about all things agile and lean, with a flair for coaching. Works in the corporate world more than 20 years. Last 6 of them teaches and practices Agility at individual, team, executive and organizational level. A storyteller of how agile principles and practices helps us built Customer centric products using better ways of working. Personal Mantra, “Know where you stand and Look where you want to go”.
