Course description

Be honest, how do you feel about giving feedback? Do you avoid the difficult conversations at all costs?

Let's face it, rarely we are prepared and eager for feedback. From our experience, feedback is associated with an awkward moment both for the person that is giving feedback and the one receiving. Surprisingly, this feels true even for positive and affirming feedback. However, feedback is something we should practice more and more in the workplace. So, are we standing helpless?

Helpless is not our thing. Understanding the hesitation around feedback, we decided to design a feedback dedicated workshop, to provide the participants with the techniques and hands-on practices to make feedback one of the most effective habits.

This 2-hour online workshop will enable you to experience and practice the most acknowledged techniques, plus the tip-n-tricks and real-life scenarios from our coaches.
