The Kanban Method provides practical, actionable and evidence-based guidance that can be applied immediately.

This workshop will cover topics that are relevant for anyone who works in an agile environment and wants to enhance their practices, such as team leads, developers, managers, change managers, agile coaches, scrum masters, and project managers.

Understand the basics, motivation, and benefits of The Kanban Method.
Experience flow in a simulation of a Kanban system.
Learn how to run the Kanban meetings to focus on the work and allow the team to organize around it.
Build and design a Kanban system using the STATIK approach.
Become faster and more responsive, with better risk management and governance.
Understand "Pull" systems and how they help reduce overburdening.
Learn how to utilize key metrics such as Lead Time, Run Charts, and Cumulative Flow Diagrams to make continuous improvements.

The workshop will be conducted entirely online over the course of four(4) consecutive evenings in the form of four 4-hour learning labs.
Each learning lab, will cover a learning objective followed by a hands on practice on real challenges.
Certification
Participants will earn a certificate of course completion and membership of Kanban University.
Kanban System Design is the first of 2 classes that leads to the Kanban Management Professional (KMP) designation.
